A cross party group of bloggers have launched Fixed Term, the campaign for fixed term Parliaments. The website only launched this weekend, but they already have over 600 members on their Facebook group.

Unlock Democracy is happy to support this campaign. Both Charter 88 and the New Politics Network have long made the case for fixed terms and this past month has been a perfect illustration of why they are needed. If you haven’t signed up yet, we encourage you to do so.
